My mum has been playing the same Bejeweled game all evening, She’s on like, level 15 or something and is moaning cos she “wants to go to bed!” and “when does this game end??”

It produced nice relaxing ambient music while I watched TV anyway, but it made me crave a game too.

I’ve just play 4 games and failed to pass level 2. How is that fair?

Thanks to AJ, Firefox is working great. I really really like it.

Next to ditch is Outlook Express where every day it asks me if I want to “compact my message” (yes, if I must) and then farts for half an hour while I have a snooze.

Tomorrow, I’m installing Thunderbird, oh yes! Lets hope it now has a workaround to the annoying problem of 4million different inboxes.

I’ve just noticed my friends list has shrunk. Well fine, I didn’t want to be your friend anyway. hmmph. I know who you are!

Actually to be honest, It makes no sense but if they don’t want to be my friend, that’s fine. I’m not gonna cling on.

I guess I should go show my mum that you can actually stop playing Bejeweled and finish tomorrow.. shall I do that now, or at 2am? *evil cackle*

Stupidly, I decided to download the new version of Internet Explorer yesterday.

And now everything is screwed.

It keeps freezing (it used to only freeze on AJ’s blog!)

Links in emails, and RSS land don’t work anymore. You click them, and nothing happens.

eBay won’t let me search for anything, (oh no! I can’t spend money!)

It works fine in Firefox though.

So, I would love to switch over to Firefox, really I would. But It’s too different.. I can’t be arsed to figure out how to change things that are essential for my well being. For example, I am used to just typing a domain, ebay/blog/google, ctrl+enter, and tada. Auto completion. Do that in firefox, and it get’s .com’d instead.

And shift clicking links open in new windows instead of new tabs. Why..?

And these are things that gripe me after 5 minutes.. I’m sure there’s other things that will annoy me over extended periods.

Help...! Convince me to switch, I know it’s a better world over there
