I’m surrounded by idiots! Yes, that is a bit harsh..

First my mum had her funny five minutes. And now my sister and my ex!

Today I went to the hospital with my sister as she had an appointment.

At least, she thought she did.

We got to the desk and the woman there told her that, in fact, her appointment was last Friday!

“But it says 15th September on my appointment letter!” My sister exclaimed!

She’d failed to notice that it was last year’s appointment and it was no longer 2005.

After the fun at the hospital - Sadly we didn’t run into Dr Kovac - We were due to look around a flat for my sister to rent as she has to move out of the house she shares with her friend soon. Luckily, it was a lovely place and she’s snapped it up. Except I’m the one who’s had to pay the deposit. Typical. It’s a good thing I don’t like spending money...

Is it true that if you go to watch Real Madrid, you have to go through all this bother?

First of all, there is a huge teacup ride around the entire stadium. Most of the teacups are full of 12 year old kids and us “adults” are squished up in the corner while the children jump about and shout. Especially when the pitch comes into view. God! They practically leap off their seats as we round that corner!

Then it’s time for tea. Unlike other stadiums which serve hot dogs and beer, the Bernabeu prefers a more.. “DIY” service. Expect to cook your own pasta and grate your own cheese. My experience with their food was pretty lousy.. I ended up hurling breadsticks at the staff..!

To actually watch the match, you have to subject yourself to the vegetable machine. You lay in this.. this.. thing! someone presses a button, and. BAM! You pop out as the veg of your choice. I chose a carrot.

God only knows how you get to your seat as a carrot. I woke up soon after.
